Warm, slightly sweet and rich, this pudding will instantly become one of your family’s favorite comfort foods. And it doesn’t hurt that it makes your house smell like home while it’s cooking. Add a dolllop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon to serve. Serves 18-20 1/4 cup servings with a full mix (so rich and filling a little dab’ll do ya!) or 8-10 with half a mix. $12
Wheat Berry Salad Mix with Salmon.
This yummy salad mix is fresh with the taste of citrus & cilantro. Add your own avocado, cucumber and and little red wine vinegar to give it a zip, then serve it over a sizzling hot salmon fillet. It’s a center of the plate, ‘company’s coming’ fancy dish! Garnish with fresh lime to serve. Serves 8-10. $12
Wheat Berry Chili.
A flavorful crockpot Prairie version of an old stand-by. Put it in the crockpot in the morning and forget about it. This mix is plenty hearty, and stands alone. But feel free to get creative! To feed a crowd, add ground beef or turkey, some garbanzo beans and corn…. or your personal favorites! Top with cheese to serve. Serves 8-10, or more as needed. $12
Beefy Wheat Berry Soup.
A favorite here on the Farm. This soup is pure homemade goodness in your bowl. It’s the kind of dish that warms you up, fills you up, and reminds you of your Mama! Add your favorite cut of beef, potatoes (or switch it up and try cabbage) and carrots and let it simmer on the stove, or have it waiting in the crockpot when you come home at the end of a long day. Serves 8 generously. $12
Straight from the field, these lentils are so versatile you’ll wonder how you ever cooked without them. Small enough to cook up quickly, it’s just 30 minutes from the bag to your bowl. With 3 full cups in the package, you’ll be able to create several lentil side dishes, snacks, stews or healthy baked treats. Hearty, filling and a welcome change from the ordinary. This is one of our favorite lentil recipes here on the Farm. It has a unique aroma when cooking, and a surprising blend of spices and flavors. Once you’ve tried it, you’ll want it on a regular menu for your own family! Serves 8-10. Freezes well for a quick and easy mid-week reheat. $12

High in protein and essential nutrients like folate, iron, potassium & magnesium, and low on the glycemic index scale, you never have to hesitate with a handful of these easy-to-make munchers. Enjoy them alone, or add them to salads for extra texture. Available in two flavors- Caesar, or Wasabi for a little extra kick. Each package makes two cups. $12

These moist, fudgy brownies are full of chewy texture. Your family will know they’re delicious, but they’ll never suspect they’re good for them! They’re a quick, easy solution to a last minute baked sale or for a week night treat to spoil the ones you love!

Spicy Lentil Chicken Salad.
Not too much heat, just enough to kick it up a notch in the kitchen. This salad makes a great cold dish for a protein packed lunch. Or heat it up and add diced chili’s, olives and cheese for a new twist on an enchilada filling your family will love! Serves at least 8 as a salad, or fills 10 enchiladas easily. $12
